Cancellations, package validity, sharing and opening offers.
Cancellations and changes
To cancel or reschedule a class, do it in the app at least 24 hours before class starts. Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before class can't be accommodated, and the credit is forfeited. Rescheduling counts as a change.
If we cancel a class
Classes with fewer than 4 sign-ups may be cancelled. We'll WhatsApp you so you can book another class in the app.
Instructor changes
If an instructor is unavailable, another instructor may take the class, and we'll let you know.
Package validity
Class packages are valid for 6 months from purchase; opening-offer packages have their own end date. Credits not used by the expiry date are forfeited. If you have more than one active package, use the one that expires first.
Sharing a package
You can share a package with friends and family, and one booking can include up to 4 people.
Opening-offer packages
Opening offers are valid only at the studios named in the offer, until the date stated. To use one at every SG Pilates studio, share a post about SG Pilates on Instagram or Xiaohongshu and send us a screenshot; we'll unlock all studios for you. Promotion deadlines are final, and opening-offer packages can't be extended or refunded.
